Legal support of a license for medical practice

This assistance includes:

- Advising on the legal framework, which regulates medical practice.

- Advice on the procedure for obtaining a license.

- Review and analysis of internal documents. Carried out in order to bring the documents to the legal requirements.

- On request, legal support of a license.

To obtain a license to practice medicine together with the application must submit the following documents:

1. Certified in the prescribed manner (by a notary or by the issuing authority) a copy of the conclusion of the State Sanitary and Epidemiological Service (at the place of work) compliance of existing facilities to sanitary rules and regulations for the implementation of medical practice.

2. Information about:

- The state of the material and technical base of the business entity;

- The presence of his legal documents, including regulations on standards required for the economic activities of medical practice;

- Availability of personnel (with the skill level and length of service)

3. Certificate of receipt agency head specialty "organization and management of health."

This process is provided for up to 30 days.
